The Holy Grail is a violent war where powerful Mages, known as Masters, summon the Heroic Spirits, known as Servants, to fight to claim the Holy Grail, a strong artifact that grants any wish. Many years passed after the end of the fifth Holy Grail in Japan. Now, some unusual signs indicate that a new Holy Grail is about to appear in the Snowfield, a western American city. Soon enough, the Master and Servants start to gather there.
