The story focuses on Makio Koudai, a 35-year-old writer, and Asa, her 15-year-old niece, who start living together in the same house. Makio takes Asa after the death of Asa’s parents, one of the elder sisters of Makio. The next day, she realizes that she is not comfortable living with someone. This series follows their everyday life when Makio is struggling to adjust to a new person, and Asa is trying to live with a grown person who doesn’t act like that.
